01 — Acceptance
Agreement to These Terms
By accessing kevball.online or creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the platform.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of kevball.online and all related services operated by Kevball ("we," "us," "our"). These terms apply to all visitors, registered players, and anyone who interacts with the platform in any way.
03 — Accounts
User Accounts
You may use parts of the site without an account, but full participation (editing your profile, submitting pre-orders, etc.) requires registration.
- You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password
- You may not create accounts for other people without their consent
- One account per person — duplicate accounts may be removed
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

04 — Conduct
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Kevball in a manner consistent with its purpose as a community sports platform. You may not:
- Post false, misleading, or defamatory content about other players
- Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
- Attempt to manipulate rankings, scores, or match outcomes fraudulently
- Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the platform's security
- Use the platform for any commercial purpose without prior written consent
- Impersonate another player, admin, or real person
- Attempt to access another user's account or private information
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or removal from the platform at our sole discretion.
05 — The AJ Rule
Rule 10: The AJ Provision
Rule 10 is binding and non-negotiable. AJ (the security guard) is permanently and unconditionally banned from Kevball in all forms — including but not limited to: playing, spectating, commenting, creating an account, submitting pre-orders, or otherwise participating in any Kevball activity. This ban is retroactive, perpetual, and survives any future amendments to these Terms.
Any account reasonably determined to belong to or be operated on behalf of AJ will be immediately and permanently terminated without notice, refund, or appeal. Pre-orders submitted by AJ are automatically void. AJ's name shall not appear in the rankings.
This provision is incorporated by reference into all sections of these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
06 — Your Content
Content You Submit
When you submit content to Kevball — including player bios, profile photos, nicknames, and trash talk — you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the platform.
You retain ownership of your content. We will not sell it or use it outside the platform. You can update or delete your content at any time through your profile settings, or by contacting us.
You are responsible for ensuring any content you submit does not infringe on third-party rights or violate applicable law. Don't upload photos of people without their consent.
07 — Shop & Pre-Orders
Merch Pre-Orders
The Kevball shop operates on a pre-order model. Submitting a pre-order does not constitute a purchase or guarantee that the item will be produced.
- Pre-orders are expressions of interest, not confirmed purchases
- Payment is collected separately after a sufficient number of pre-orders are received
- We will contact you via the email you provided before any payment is requested
- You may withdraw your pre-order at any time before payment is collected by contacting us
- We reserve the right to cancel a pre-order campaign if minimum quantities are not met
- Pricing is estimated and may change before the final order is placed
We are not responsible for any losses resulting from a cancelled or unfulfilled pre-order campaign.
08 — Admin Powers
Administrative Authority
Platform administrators have the authority to manage all content, rankings, and user accounts. Admin actions include but are not limited to:
- Adding, editing, or removing player stats and rankings
- Removing player bios or profiles that violate these Terms
- Managing match schedules and score records
- Accessing and managing pre-order data
- Suspending or banning accounts
Admin decisions are final. If you believe an admin action was taken in error, contact us at kgravy56@gmail.com and we will review it.
09 — Disclaimers
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Kevball is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities.
We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of data, ranking disputes, failed pre-orders, or any physical injuries sustained while playing the sport of Kevball.
Kevball is a recreational community platform. Nothing on this site constitutes legal, financial, or medical advice.
10 — Termination
Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, your profile, stats, and personal data will be removed from the platform.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we determine you have violated these Terms, without prior notice or liability. Grounds for termination include (but are not limited to) the prohibited conduct in Section 04, and, always, being AJ.
11 — Changes
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
Continued use of Kevball after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with a change, stop using the platform and contact us to delete your account.
Rule 10 (The AJ Provision) may never be weakened, suspended, or removed by any future amendment.
